My career has taken me from corporate leadership at Capital One to the fast pace of an entrepreneurial growth business at Fresh City, with leadership roles spanning Marketing, Customer Experience and Human Resources. Along the way, I've led through growth, acquisitions and organizational change, built high-performing teams and navigated the complexities of leadership firsthand.
Throughout it all, the work I've been most passionate about has always been the people work—developing leaders, building strong teams and helping talented people recognize what they're capable of.
Coaching became the natural evolution of my career.
Today, I bring that experience to my work as an executive coach, leadership facilitator and Executive Advisor with PEO Leadership. I understand the realities leaders face, but I also know there's rarely one right way to lead.

A Little More About Me
I'm also a wife, mom of two girls and someone who understands firsthand that leadership doesn't happen in isolation from the rest of life.
When I'm not coaching or facilitating, you'll usually find me with my family, cheering from the sidelines of one of my daughters' hockey games, working out, or spending time with the people who matter most to me.
That broader perspective shapes my work, too.
I believe we can be ambitious about our careers without losing sight of the lives we're building around them.
