In group coaching, I lead bi-weekly or monthly 60-minute group coaching sessions, designed to enhance the leadership skills and effectiveness of participants through collective learning and shared experiences. This coaching format leverages the diverse perspectives and insights of group members to foster a supportive environment where individuals can grow as leaders together.
Recommended group size is 6-9 people to help balance engagement and individual participation effectively. Minimum 4 participants, max 10 people, per group.
