In my time at Capital One, I spent over a decade working in increasingly senior marketing roles. As Director of Marketing, I led the development of marketing strategies to reach consumers through digital, social, print and broadcast media, to grow both customer and employer brand awareness, drive account bookings and deepen customer relationships. In my time as Head of Marketing & Customer Experience at Fresh City, I was responsible for omni-channel strategies across acquisition, retention, lifecycle, customer & employer brand strategy, media relations, and customer success, both online and in-stores. I also played an integral role in supporting the company through three acquisitions, new store openings and the launch of a new urban farm. In early 2022, I jumped at the opportunity to lead people & culture as the Head of Human Resources at Fresh City. My move to HR leveraged my foundational skills to bring a very strategic, analytical, and business centric approach to the role, while overseeing all aspects of HR including internal communications, employee experience, creating and maintaining company policies, union relations, managing and expanding our benefits & perks, hiring new employees, developing training programs, and redefining both our performance and talent management programs.
