I bring over 20 years of executive and cross-functional leadership experience to my consulting work—focused on helping mission-driven organizations develop strong leaders, high-performing teams, and people-first cultures.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with purpose-driven, challenger brands to drive transformation across marketing, customer experience, and HR. At Capital One, I spent over a decade in senior marketing roles. As Director of Marketing, I led integrated strategies across digital, social, print, and broadcast media—growing both customer and employer brand awareness, increasing acquisition, and deepening engagement.
At Fresh City, I initially joined as Head of Marketing & Customer Experience, where I led omni-channel strategies for acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing, while also playing a key role in the company’s growth through three acquisitions, multiple store launches, and the development of a new urban farm.
In early 2022, I stepped into the role of Head of Human Resources. This move allowed me to bring a strategic, business-minded approach to people and culture. I oversaw all aspects of HR—from internal communications and employee experience to union relations, total rewards, recruitment, and training. I also redesigned the company’s performance and talent management programs to better align with business priorities and support long-term growth.
During my time at Fresh City, I also served as a coach and strategic advisor to the senior leadership team—supporting executives through change, team development, and personal leadership growth.
Today, I partner with organizations to elevate their leadership, develop people strategies that align with their values, and create meaningful, measurable impact across teams.
